Meet Schmerz, a nervous police officer stuck in a rut. He's the "boy who cried wolf" of his whole department after his usual discriminatory antics. Shame is, there's a nefarious criminal, the elephant quite literally in the room, hovering just under everyone's noses, except Schmerz's of course. The story is set in a land of anthropomorphic bugs.
